Hi Roberto,
Thanks for the link to the video. I now understand the problem you described.
This is most likely due to a rubber o-ring inside the turret. This can easily be replaced by following these steps:
Remove the outer turret cover by completely unscrewing the hex key on top.
Underneath you will see an aluminium block with a small cross head screw in the side.
Remove this screw, taking care to keep safe as it is very small.
Remove the aluminium block from the turret, taking care to note where the hole for the small screw is. This has to go back in line with the receiver hole under the aluminium block.
Underneath you will see an o-ring which can be removed and replaced.
Assemble the turret back together in reverse order of the above instructions.
If you would like, I can send you new o-rings to install.
How would you rate my reply?
Great Okay Not Good

Hello Alex
You can see a similar problem in the following
video

In my opinion it is
not the hex bolt that is loose because it is the first thing I have
looked after

in our Hawke Sidewinder riflescopes. Without seeing your friends
Sidewinder it's hard to know exactly what is causing this issue, but it
is possible it is something simple that can be easily fixed. It may even
be that they simply need to be tightened slightly using the hex key on
the end of the turret.

8-32 model, I like the package, but since I had also the opportunity to
wiew a used scope that is 3 years old, I have a question. In the 3 year
old sidewinder the turrets have some sort of elastic movement even when
they are locked, so I would like to know if also the new model, after
some years will have the same "wear"and if is possible to remove that by
replacing some parts on the turrets
