Qui c'è un post dal forum ipsc!
Hi everybody,
Since a little a crew of IPSC shooters are producing bullets intended to competition and training. It's as some says "Made for Shooters, by Shooters"
Almost all of our top shooters use them since 2008 - "Dynamic Arms Sports Ammo". The bullet is lead molded with polymer/polyester coating. All handgun and most rifle calibers available in large variety of weight and form.
Some of the Benefits:
- less felt recoil;
- easy to reload;
- almost no smoke at shot;
- longer barrel life;
- last but not least - much better price;
The tools and machines are MAGMA, one of the best when it comes to quality and regularity! We offer free samples and looking for dealer/distributor enquiries.
For pricing and quantities, please send an e-mail (
akussev@hotmail.com)or skype me at: kouzi78

Hi Roger,
Thanks for your interest,
New site under construction, available all info and pics soon.
The polymer coating is very atractive, f.ex. - shooting a 200gr bullet in .40 feels like shooting a 180gr. and you save for the same P.F. approx 10-15% of powder

What about polymer vaporization? Does it build up in the barrel?
Also, the copper coated or jacketed bullets are protecting shooters from inhale the lead, but what about polymer coated ones, do they stand high velocities, and is vaporized polymer coating safe to inhale?
Thanks

Hi Eugene,
As you can see on the pics, all coating stays on the bullet after he left barrel.( black marks on bullet come from rubber back stop on our indoor range)
This polymer coating is a result of almost 3 years testing in real conditions before putting it on the market - so NO lead/polymer in the air!
We are even making .223 and .308 which may at higher speeds can be supplied with gas checks, but in this case also the gas check is only for the bottom of the bullet.
Hope this info is useful :-)

We use two kinds of polymer coating:
- polyester: there is no smell and smoke! It's not harmful for human health, mostly for indoor shooting;
- epoxy-polyester: there is a little smoke and smell but less felt recoil, it's appropriate for outdoor ranges :-)
P.S.
The 9mm bullet on the pic is 125gr, sorry

Alexandre,
How do these bullets perform in barrels with polygon rifling, like Glocks, HK's etc?
Thanks.

Official site for the bullets:
Do you also make live rounds or just the heads?
IPSC would be interested in discussing Official Match Ammo with you if you make complete rounds.

To Bjorn:
Tested in Glock and Tanfoglio, this Open and Limited pistols and works just fine!
Polygonal rifling is more gentle to the coating...
To Vince:
Yes we do make live rounds, for the moment only for the needs of our region (IPSC clubs and training purpose of some special units) If there is a need we can think bigger, specially for the cause
We can also work in partnership with a bigger manufacturers when it comes to large quantities...so nothing's impossible

Since the price of bullets had gone up considerably (or affordable brands are not to be found), I guess there's a market for these bullets.

Many of you have requested reloading info, so here it is:
Some tests for .40SW
All length 29.5 мм with slight crimp;
Shot in CZ 75 Tactical Sports;
Temp. approx. 20 degrees C;
1. Vihta N 330 - 4.5 grn + 200 grn. bullet colored = PF 176
2. Vihta 3N37 - 5.0 grn. + 200 grn colored bullet = 178 PF
3. Vihta N 320 -4.2grn. + same bullet = 172 PF
In .38SA with STI Trubor Hybrid and SVI Hybrid AET barrel:
